Podmínky užití
Tyto podmínky upravují používání rozšíření pro prohlížeč UnityChat a jeho webové verze (dnes na robdiesalot.com/chat) včetně serveru api.jouki.cz (dále „služba"). Službu provozuje Jouki (Marek Joukal), kontakt m.joukal+unitychat@gmail.com. Používáním služby s podmínkami souhlasíte. Nakládání s osobními údaji popisují samostatné Zásady ochrany osobních údajů.
1. Co služba dělá
UnityChat spojuje veřejný živý chat streamerů z platforem Twitch, YouTube a Kick do jednoho panelu, zobrazuje jeho historii z vlastního archivu a umožňuje přihlášeným uživatelům do chatu psát jejich vlastním účtem na dané platformě. Služba je poskytována zdarma, „tak jak je", jako neoficiální nezávislý nástroj. Není provozována, schválena ani nijak spojena se společnostmi Twitch, Google/YouTube ani Kick.
2. Účty a přihlášení
- Služba nemá vlastní hesla. Přihlašujete se u platformy (OAuth 2.0) a udělujete UnityChatu jen oprávnění popsaná na obrazovce souhlasu — u YouTube oprávnění psát do živého chatu. Přístup můžete kdykoli odvolat u platformy nebo odhlášením ve službě.
- Za zprávy odeslané vaším účtem odpovídáte vy. Odesláním zprávy přes UnityChat platí pravidla dané platformy a daného kanálu stejně, jako byste psali přímo tam.
- Nesmíte používat cizí účet, obcházet moderaci, spamovat, automatizovaně odesílat zprávy ani zneužívat archiv chatu k obtěžování nebo sledování osob.
3. Obsah a archiv chatu
Zprávy v chatu jsou obsahem jejich autorů a platforem. Služba je zobrazuje a archivuje tak, jak jsou na platformách veřejně viditelné. Emoty a odznaky pocházejí z platforem a služeb 7TV, BTTV a FFZ a podléhají jejich podmínkám. Pokud si nepřejete mít své zprávy v archivu, napište nám a smažeme je (viz zásady ochrany osobních údajů, bod 5).
4. Dary přes QR kód a zvukové efekty
- UnityChat umožňuje poslat streamerovi dobrovolný dar bankovním převodem přes QR kód. Služba ani Židolišta peníze nepřijímají, nedrží ani nepřevádějí — připraví jen platební údaje a platbu odešlete ze své banky přímo na účet streamera. Nejsme poskytovatel platebních služeb.
- Dar je bez nároku na protiplnění. O jeho vrácení je potřeba žádat streamera, kterému jste ho poslali. Za správnost platby (účet, částka, variabilní symbol) odpovídáte vy; platba bez správného variabilního symbolu se nemusí k daru spárovat ani zobrazit na streamu.
- Zprávu k daru a zvukové efekty může streamer přečíst nebo přehrát na streamu. Nesmí obsahovat nezákonný, urážlivý ani obtěžující obsah; streamer ani služba nejsou povinni každou zprávu přečíst nebo efekt přehrát a mohou uplatňovat limity (minimální částka, cooldown).
5. Dostupnost a odpovědnost
Služba závisí na neoficiálních i oficiálních rozhraních platforem, která se mohou kdykoli změnit. Negarantujeme nepřetržitý provoz, doručení každé zprávy ani úplnost archivu. V rozsahu, který dovoluje právo, neodpovídáme za škody vzniklé užíváním služby, za obsah třetích osob ani za jednání platforem (např. zablokování účtu za porušení jejich pravidel). Službu můžeme kdykoli změnit, omezit nebo ukončit.
6. Otevřený zdrojový kód
Rozšíření a server jsou zveřejněny na github.com/jouki/UnityChat pod licencí uvedenou v repozitáři. Značky Twitch, YouTube a Kick patří jejich vlastníkům.
7. Změny podmínek
Podmínky můžeme aktualizovat; platné datum je v záhlaví. Podstatné změny oznámíme na instalační stránce jouki.cz/UnityChat. Podmínky se řídí právem České republiky.

These terms govern the use of the UnityChat browser extension and its web version (currently at robdiesalot.com/chat) including the server api.jouki.cz (the "service"). The service is operated by Jouki (Marek Joukal), contact m.joukal+unitychat@gmail.com. By using the service you agree to these terms. Personal data handling is described in the separate Privacy Policy.
1. What the service does
UnityChat merges the public live chats of streamers on Twitch, YouTube and Kick into one panel, shows their history from its own archive, and lets signed-in users write to the chat with their own account on the given platform. The service is free, provided "as is", as an unofficial independent tool. It is not operated, endorsed by or affiliated with Twitch, Google/YouTube or Kick.
2. Accounts and sign-in
- The service has no passwords of its own. You sign in with the platform (OAuth 2.0) and grant UnityChat only the permissions shown on the consent screen — for YouTube, permission to post to the live chat. You can revoke access at any time at the platform or by signing out of the service.
- You are responsible for messages sent with your account. Sending through UnityChat is subject to the rules of the platform and channel exactly as if you wrote there directly.
- You must not use someone else's account, circumvent moderation, spam, send messages automatically, or misuse the chat archive to harass or track people.
3. Content and chat archive
Chat messages are the content of their authors and platforms. The service displays and archives them as they are publicly visible on the platforms. Emotes and badges come from the platforms and from 7TV, BTTV and FFZ and are subject to their terms. If you do not want your messages in the archive, write to us and we will delete them (see Privacy Policy, section 5).
4. Donations via QR code and sound effects
- UnityChat lets you send the streamer a voluntary donation by bank transfer via a QR code. Neither the service nor Židolišta receives, holds or transfers the money — they only prepare the payment details, and you send the payment from your own bank directly to the streamer's account. We are not a payment service provider.
- A donation is a gift with no consideration in return. Refunds must be requested from the streamer you sent it to. You are responsible for the payment details (account, amount, variable symbol); a payment without the correct variable symbol may not be matched to the donation or shown on stream.
- The streamer may read out the donation message and play sound effects on stream. They must not contain illegal, offensive or harassing content; neither the streamer nor the service is obliged to read every message or play every effect, and limits may apply (minimum amount, cooldown).
5. Availability and liability
The service depends on unofficial and official platform interfaces that may change at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every message or completeness of the archive. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, for third-party content, or for actions of the platforms (e.g. an account suspension for breaking their rules). We may change, limit or discontinue the service at any time.
6. Open source
The extension and server are published at github.com/jouki/UnityChat under the licence stated in the repository. Twitch, YouTube and Kick are trademarks of their owners.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date is shown in the header. Material changes will be announced on the install page jouki.cz/UnityChat. These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
